36th Annual CCSC:Southeastern Conference at University of North Carolina - Asheville

Conference Date: November 11-12, 2022

Dear CCSC:SE 2022 authors, presenters, and participants,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Southeastern Regional Board is unable to host the conference. This is a first for us in CCSC:SE history, and we are rapidly trying to process this decision and the effects it has on all of you, your travel plans, the accepted papers, the programming competition, and more. After much deliberation, the CCSC:SE regional board made the decision to cancel the conference, as there were no practical alternatives with only one week left before the start of the conference.

Important notes:

• All accepted papers will still be published
• CCSC will work on the process of refunds for conference registration
• The programming contest *will* still take place, albeit virtually. The coordinators of the programming contest will email the sponsors of each team with any updates stemming from the change in the modality of the contest. Any questions you have regarding the programming contest should be directed to the contest coordinators within the existing communication channels you have with them.
