Hotels

Contact several hotels within a reasonable distance and get pricing. Try to find at least one hotel that is within walking distance. Reserve at the combined lists enough rooms to accommodate the number that you think will be attending. Be sure to check to see that you do not have to pay for any unused hotel rooms. Check to be sure they will allow you to have a drop date by which you do not have to pay and the rooms be removed from the pool.

Deadline: 90 days before the conference.
Suggested starting date: 270 days before the conference.
