Vendors

Vendors may register nationally or for an individual conference. If they registered nationally, their registration fee has already been paid. If they register just for your conference, the check for the registration fee will come to the Vendors Chair along with the registration form. These checks should be forwarded to the Regional Treasurer along with a copy of the registration form.
At the conference you should allow one large table per vendor, unless they specify otherwise. In addition to tables and adequate space, most vendors expect Internet access and power at their tables. Be sure you layout the room so folks won’t be tripping over cables, will have adequate room to move about, etc.
It’s good marketing for the conference if you can keep traffic high in the vendor area. For example, you may have registration, breaks, and/or computers in this room so people can check their email in this room or in an adjacent room. This will keep a steady flow of people by the vendors.


Deadline: 14 days before the conference.
Suggested starting date: 270 days before the conference.
