Application Process

An application form for hosting a CCSC:SE Conference is available on the CCSC-SE website, http://cs.furman.edu/ccscse/forms/hostprop.pdf. (The directions from this form are included as Appendix 2.) It is designed to ensure you have adequate facilities. Ideally, the application should be filed by September 1 two years before the conference. While exceptions have been made, it is generally easier in the long run if you get started early.

Take particular care in selecting the date for the conference. Be sure that there are no conflicting activities on your campus such as homecoming or family weekend that might complicate parking or access to facilities you are planning to use. Also consider community events that might affect the availability of hotel rooms.

You should ensure that you can setup an account at your institution as explained in the section titled Budget.

Deadline: 790 days before the conference.
Suggested starting date: 880 days before the conference.
